How many times can I download my eBook?

The link to download your eBook will be active for 72 hours after purchase. You may download the eBook as many times as you want and on to as many devices as you would like during the 72 hours.

However please only download it on devices that belong to you and do not share the link or files with others.

Once your download link expires, you will no longer be able to download your e-book.

We recommed that you download the eBook to your personal computer first and back up the file. You will then be able to sync the file to your e-reader or other device.

What if my eBook link expires?

We’re sorry but the download link will only remain active for 72 hours after purchase.

The link is not renewable, so be sure to download your eBook before the link expires. Once your download link is expired, you will no longer be able to download your e-book.

Can I return my eBook?

Sorry we don’t offer refunds for eBooks once they have been purchased.

Are your books DRM protected?

DRM or Digital Rights Management is a sort of virtual lock for digital products that requires the user to have a unique key and/or program to open or access the product.

eBooks sold on our online store are not DRM protected for easier access. Those sold on Amazon Kindle and Kobo are protected by DRM.

Please note that reselling, uploading to the internet or any other means of digital distribution and sharing is prohibited by copyright laws. Regardless of whether the book is DRM protected or not.

We’d appreciate your help in this matter. Please only download eBooks you have purchased to your devices and do not share them with others. Thank you!
