What is PayNow Corporate?
PayNow Corporate is an e-payment service launched in 2018 which allows businesses and the Singapore government to instantly make and receive payments by using their respective Unique Entity Numbers. You can read more about it here.
Paying via UEN (Computer)
Step 1: Locate the PayNow tab on your computers's POSB / DBS website
This page may vary according to your bank’s Internet banking website.
These nine banks offer the PayNow Corporate service which allows users to PayNow via UEN: Citibank, DBS / POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC, Standard Chartered Bank, UOB, Bank of China and ICBC.
If your bank is not included amongst these, please choose another payment method.
Step 2: Select "Unique Entity Number"
Step 3: Input the payable amount and your Order Number
Input the amount to pay and Order Number in the “Reference” section. You can find this number on the checkout page, or in the e-mail sent to you. Once done, click ‘Next’ and follow the rest of the instructions.
Paying via UEN (Phone)
Step 1: Access this screen on your phone's DBS SG App

Step 3: Input Graceworks' UEN
Once you input the UEN, the App will load and reflect ‘Graceworks Private Limited’.
Step 4: Input the payable amount and your Order Number
Input the amount to pay and Order Number in the “Reference” section. You can find this number on the checkout page, or in the e-mail sent to you. Once done, click ‘Next’.
Paying via QR Code (Phone)
Step 1: Access this screen on your phone's DBS SG App
Click on the QR code scanner as indicated by the arrow. Often, this icon is rather tiny and located in a corner of the app.
