Our Team

Tan Soo Inn
Chairman / Training Consultant
Since 1985, Soo-Inn has been journeying with people through his ministry of preaching/teaching, writing and mentoring. Originally trained as a dentist at the University of Singapore, he answered God’s call to go into full-time church-related ministry in 1981 and obtained his Master of Theology from Regent College, Vancouver, Canada, in 1984. In 2006, he obtained his Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary, California.
Soo-Inn’s primary passions include connecting the Word of God to the struggles of daily life, and the promotion of the discipline of spiritual friendship. He has been a supporter of Arsenal Football Club since 1971 and his favourite movie is Star Wars 4.

Bernice Lee
Managing Director / Publishing Consultant
Upon graduation from the University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts in 1979, Bernice worked as a political researcher with the Ministry of Defence before launching into the publishing industry in 1981. In the years since, she has worked as writer, editor, editorial manager and publishing director. The years 1991–2005 were spent managing the publishing programme for Armour Publishing Pte Ltd, a local Christian publishing company which she co-founded. Utterly committed to the ministry of spiritual friendship as modeled by the early church, Bernice continues to indulge in the joys of providing hospitality (and meals) in the hope of entertaining angels unawares.

Priscilla Jamir
Project Manager
Priscilla graduated from NTU with a BA in Psychology. As a student she served actively in campus and church ministries, which laid the foundation for much of her passion for God’s kingdom. She enjoys reading, writing and planning and by God’s grace has found work that involves all three. Her heart is for others to grow into deeper relationship and joy with Christ and each other, and loves journeying beside them in their walk with God.

Sarah Poh
Editor
Sarah is an English graduate with experience in editing and communications in non-profits and the book industry. Moved by the transformative power of stories, she is dedicated to serving in publishing as a means of blessing others. She is an earnest listener who finds joy in heartfelt conversations.

Wei Hao and Annette
Associates
Wei Hao and Annette have been involved in ministry to young adults for more than 10 years, but they also believe very much in the multi-generational church. Building meaningful relationships is something very much on their hearts and they try their best despite being introverts. In their free time, they really enjoy travelling, hiking, wildlife and photography. Their favourite continent is South America and they hope to be able to make it to Antarctica one day. The are members of Katong Presbyterian Church.
