Managing Director / Publishing Consultant
Upon graduation from the University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts in 1979, Bernice worked as a political researcher with the Ministry of Defence before launching into the publishing industry in 1981. In the years since, she has worked as writer, editor, editorial manager and publishing director. The years 1991–2005 were spent managing the publishing programme for Armour Publishing Pte Ltd, a local Christian publishing company which she co-founded. Utterly committed to the ministry of spiritual friendship as modeled by the early church, Bernice continues to indulge in the joys of providing hospitality (and meals) in the hope of entertaining angels unawares.
Since young, Priscilla has been involved in serving in and with her church. Over the years, she has served in various ministries, such as the youth ministry, the hearing-impaired ministry, and also as a cell leader. In 2016, she graduated Nanyang Technological University in with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology. In her time in NTU, Priscilla also actively served in campus ministry as a student leader. Since then, she has been working at Graceworks. Priscilla strongly believes in the importance of the ministry of presence, and one of her greatest joys is to witness how people grow in their journey towards Christlikeness. Another one of Priscilla’s great joys in life is eating dumplings (with people).
The year of 2009 was a turning point in Sean’s life as it was the year he came to know the Lord. Ever since, he has actively served in church and grew to understand the faith. Over the years, he has worked as a first-aid instructor, tuition teacher, other ventures, and found that his passion lies in people. In 2017, he graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a second major in Sociology. Whilst there, Sean served as a leader in the Christian students’ ministry.
Sean’s secret wish is to be a fantastic writer of fiction, and he sincerely believes that God can use each of our passion and talents to further His kingdom, no matter how small. And he loves fellowshipping, especially over meals.
