Our Team

Tan Soo Inn
Chairman / Training Consultant
Since 1985, Soo-Inn has been journeying with people through his ministry of preaching/teaching, writing and mentoring. Originally trained as a dentist at the University of Singapore, he answered God’s call to go into full-time church-related ministry in 1981 and obtained his Master of Theology from Regent College, Vancouver, Canada, in 1984. In 2006, he obtained his Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary, California.
Soo-Inn’s primary passions include connecting the Word of God to the struggles of daily life, and the promotion of the discipline of spiritual friendship. He has been a supporter of Arsenal Football Club since 1971 and his favourite movie is Star Wars 4.

Bernice Lee
Managing Director / Publishing Consultant
Upon graduation from the University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts in 1979, Bernice worked as a political researcher with the Ministry of Defence before launching into the publishing industry in 1981. In the years since, she has worked as writer, editor, editorial manager and publishing director. The years 1991–2005 were spent managing the publishing programme for Armour Publishing Pte Ltd, a local Christian publishing company which she co-founded. Utterly committed to the ministry of spiritual friendship as modeled by the early church, Bernice continues to indulge in the joys of providing hospitality (and meals) in the hope of entertaining angels unawares.

Priscilla Jamir
Manager
Priscilla graduated from NTU with a BA in Psychology. Her love for reading drew her to work in publishing, where she enjoys using her passion for planning and administration. She also enjoys walks in nature, watching the rain and feeling the breeze in her hair.

Sharyn Ng
Managing Editor
Formerly a social worker, Sharyn ‘stumbled’ into the ministry of publishing while studying at Singapore Bible College. She is also passionate about nurturing the next generation, serving actively in her church’s youth and Girls’ Brigade ministries. Her enduring desire to walk alongside others through life’s journeys is the common thread underlying her varied ventures.

Wei Hao
Senior Ministry Associate
In his working life, Wei Hao had spent time as a Social Worker and then in different ministries in the Civil Service. After obtaining his Masters in Divinity, he is now part of the gig economy and involved in a few different vocations concurrently, which includes adjunct lecturing at a local seminary. One of his current burdens is to help bridge the gap between the different generations in the church and is co-author of the book The Generations Project: Bridging Generational Divides in the Singapore Church. Currently worshiping in Katong Presbyterian Church, he is married with a young daughter and whenever possible, he and his wife love to travel and take photos, their favourite continent is South America.
